SOME COMPLETED HOMES
With KOH Developments being a family run business we have grown with our homes and everyone of them has a special place in our hearts. From our early days in Douglasdale and Dainfern, where designs focused on homes with concrete slabs and zen like atriums with indoor gardens. Then later trends in Dainfern, of beautiful Tuscan and French Provence Villas that fed the soul and warmed the senses with long sunny days of family time, delicious food and bottles of favourite reds. Then our more recent years in Prince's Grant with beautiful modern beach homes. Some with endless views of waves, others nestled between the jungle and the very challenging and charming golf course that is Prince's Grant.
RECENT HOMES
KOH Development's most recently completed home was a new design and build perched high above the waves, with a stunning 180 degree view of the Indian Ocean. Our clients came to us with a beautiful canvas and together we created their dream holiday home.
CURRENT HOMES
In 2012 we built a new home, in Prince's Grant, for this lovely couple, they recently sold that home and were looking for something with an endless sea view.
Then they saw the property, with the best views in Prince's Grant, was for sale. Located just behind the 15th Tee Box, it has the iconic Prince's Grant view.
Together with their architect they reworked the design and envisioned a beautiful renovated home that would make them very happy for years to come.
To make that vision a reality they approached KOH Developments and together we are building their dream home.
